Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume seasons.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping):

  • US Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
